"refreshing" is not helping .. is there a preference file on my puter i need to dump or something?

sl viewer.. the latest.. happens in beta too

i tried that.. it didnt help..

second post.. hope image explains better.. this is what i see when i view profiles.. it looks like html instead of the normal tab look.. tried refreshing, rebooting, even reinstalled the viewer.. nothing helped any ideas how to fix?
