I am always in need or answers to many questions! This is one seems to be the most disruptive... I just got a new computer, I don't think it's a hardware/ software issue. I'm not the most computer savvy person. I do find help in world, from friends, but I can't always get a hold of them, and of course they don't have all the answers!
