you bought the makeup? it should not have come as a texture. most will come with ads to show you what they are though the makeup iteself it the little blob icon clothes usually come with a vendor picture too, so if what you actually have is a picture like the first photo, you don't have the makeup :\ feel free to message me inworld if you need help

Wow I haven't looked in here in forever. Lots of great pics I keep oggling your mesh head pics Marrianne. There really is such a noticeable difference. I've been tempted before.. but I'm holding out till they come up with a fitmesh variety, so I can keep my own face

I look at a LOT of profiles, that is basically what I spend my SL doing. Twice, in all my time in SL, the person who's profile I was reading IMed me, knowing I was in their profile. Once, the person was on the same sim I was, the other time, the person had been speaking in a group I was in, and so I was nowhere near them, hadn't been speaking in the group, and the only way to possibly explain their knowing, was that they really did know. I have no idea how they knew, they weren't telling. Possibly it was a scrip/hud someone made and passed to friends? That would explain the rarity.. I really have no idea... but I do believe there is something out there that allows it.

You do? That must be a new thing. I used to Lena body for a long time. You had to rez the body out and install the listener script, and after that it should work fine.

You might want to look into mesh shapes You're not going to get that kind of roundedness with the default SL body. There are a ton of options out there. The phatazz is no longer being sold, nor is the Wowmeh as far as I know (if they are back on the market, someone please correct me). Personal suggestion.. go with a mesh body rather than seperate parts if you're going to go for mesh, you'll be happier in the end without having to stare at seams all over the place.

What exactly do you mean by body shaper? The actual shape? It is most likely one that has been either made themselves, or hightly modded into what they wanted. You can ask the store owner and see if they know or will share the info. They're also wearing mesh body parts. I'm not enough of a part expert to know if it's phatazz and tango, or wowmeh, or what. But those things don't give you that exact shape. They work with the shape of your body, so the way they end up looking can vary wildy from person to person.

I've never heard of that! When I worked in salons, we sometimes had people come in asking for our hair clippings to spread around their gardens and keep the scavengers away. I never could wrap my head around the idea of having someone else's dirty hair all over my tomatoes though, so I never tried it.

In that pic, meshes aren't loading for you. Try going to Preferences-Graphics and turn them down to low, or mid-low. Bring your draw distance down until you can see the room you're in, but not much further than that.

Thank you guys! lol, sorry way late replying, haven't been here in awhile :matte-motes-dead: I do use a mesh body, from EVE, though I don't remember if I had it on in that pic, since it was no attachments I think I took it off. My shape is my own though, I don't use mesh heads. I have no idea if their body is blushing compatable,, it does use the omega system, so if blushing is omega compatable then you're good to go

They are addons to their mesh body. I don't think they fit on their own without it :\

I went to Banned fitmesh booty when I wanted to switch to cuteazz. I liked the looks of it more than others. The applier system is a little bit of a pain, because you have to pull the notecards from the phatazz appliers and make your own.

If you hold down your alt button, and left click on your avatar and drag your mouse (while holding alt) you can move the camera position around and see your face. That might help, unless you're wanting a face on the back of your head

Have you looked into mesh bodies? They use an applier system, so most of the time you get the look and fit of system clothes, and they allow you to edit your shape so you cn still keep your shape, only better and smoother. There are a few that are specificlly for plus sized shapes. This flickr post shows a few of the options you have. It takes a little adjusting of your sliders to get your shape onto the mesh, but it's worth it to me

Lolas Tangos are a brand of mesh breasts, arguably the most popular brand. The appliers that come with your clothes or skins only apply said clothes or skin to the mesh breasts you've purchased. Most breast brands are compatable with or can be modified from the lolas appliers, since they're the most widely used. edited for the arguing, don't know how to spell it >_>
