Hello my name is Chesterburnett I need your help please. I live in unit 117 located at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Lonnie/145/5/44 and I am unable to delete one object in my house and one on my roof called 2016 Cozy Christmas Stage cannot pick them without crashing. Try picking them and no pie chaRT AND CRASH.maybe their prims are too large. Would you please remove them for me. Thanks for your help.

How to transfer US dollars in my SL account to my Paypal I select process credit and SL wont give me process credit Ive transferred a number of times before with no problem but the new methods wont process my request

Adding to my earlier post Im using windows 7 and have for the last 5 years with no problem and I downloaded the new broadcaster which is an update from the old which was following butt 0.1.12 and new is butt 0.1.14 and all info is entered as proper and as in tutorial just to be sure and same problem comes up. activate the broadcaster hit start button so stream can go "on air" and it just says connecting and thats all. Read my earlier post to see that I have taken great care that all is entered properly. So its not me or the broadcaster so its either SL or the stream provider

Well I have the Butt-Broadcaster and my stream wasnt connecting to "on air" server was down and so no problem for them -transferred me to another server So in my Butt settings I edited the server info to reflect the new server and saved it then in my stream info I edited to the new stream and saved it and I saved all setting and checked and they both show the new server and stream properly but then when I tried it it still goes to connecting and not to "on air" so I tried logging out and then back in and still no luck. I tried it on my sim that has my stream in about land but no luck

I have the latest downloaded SL viewer but I find I am more and more being frozen with SL not responding and finally crashed or logged out especially after right clicking on another avi just to IM them. This happens within 2 hours of being logged on and sometimes after TP into a sim then just turning my avi and boom!

want to edit my profile but when I try in SL it freezes and then kiks me out of SL.Can I do it here

my notifications tab closes after about 10 sec-how can I keep it open? by that I mean its an icon with only the number of posts in it and then when I clik it it shows a condensed version of each post. I think it used to have a question mark then a plus sign then an x in the upper rt corner but now its only a question mark and an x. so after I clik the icon the tab comes up with the list but for only about 10 sec then it goes back to an icon. so does it need that plus sign and or how do I revise it so that when I clik the icon I get the condensed notes to stay "on"

I have windows 7 and the latest SL Viewer and the latest Firestorm viewer and the latest Kaspersky and all is fine there! my cable internet serviceman sez everything is fine there. Ive been an SL DJ for nearly 4 years and just in the last 3 months its crash here crash there-on for 2 hours and crash-on for 5 minutes and crash-no rhyme or reason to it

I KEEP CRASHING LIKE YESTERDAY AT JUNKYARD BLUES CLUB I'M A LONG TIME SL DJ AND 7 TIMES CRASHED YESTERDAY IN 2 HOURS I HAVE NEW COMPUTER 6 MONTHS AGO AND DJ EUIPMENT AND MY ENCODER IS UP TO DATE AND i'VE A NEW STREAM AND THE ABSOLUTE LASTEST SECOND LIFE VIEWER SO I'M GOOD BUT SOMETHINGS WRONG ON SL TO CAUSE THIS.ITS REDICULOUS AND SOME OTHERS HAVE SAID THEY HAVE HAD SOME SIMILAR ISSUES.I DONT DESIRE SUPPOSE ANSWERS "WELL MAYBE IT'LL GET FIXED" ETC. i THINK AFTER 12 YRS SL SHOULD WORK! I'M RUNNING WINDOWS,MY NET CONNECTION IS A CABLE NOT DISH,HAVENT HAD PROBLEMS IN 4 YRS ON SL TIL LAST WEEK-STARTED WITH A FEW FREEZES THEN CRASH WITH A NOTE SAYING DARN YOUVE BEEN LOGGED OUT OF SL AND THIS REGION MAY BE EXPERIENCING CONNECTION ISSUES. Are there any fixes or suggestions for the Metanomics translator as mine and others are not working? What happened?

As a DJ if I lost power and stream and dont have a laptop or other wireless device can I go to like a library where I know I cant put up a Viewer but go to secondlife.com and thru some portion of it be able to send a message or two to those SL members who would need to know about my tech issues. And I dont have Skype etc...Simply how can I do that?

This ruling is for non-payment of royalties. Will this affect LindenLabs or the hundreds of live artists,disc jockeys,and music clubs in SL? We are talking virtually all of the music now playing or used on SL.

Been off SL for 2 weeks...go to login it puts avi at my house then sez searching for update + freezes SL viewer2 HP microsoft 7 tried loggin at last location not my home then back at home+ its still searching for update and I dont know why...never been kiked out etc...you can never go on vacation apparently.

Well its thursday and still no response any day last week since I 1st contacted you on monday.......and every day since about not wanting a 2nd stream or the 438 port 45303 and wanting to renew my current stream 427 port 44202 and I would like my refund of 1500L for the not used and not wanted stream and no where in the help notecard or at the landmark is there any other way to contact anyone about this stream..this is the KA radio streams with Landmark at Severy and the creator and owner is Kahlie Niven who I have asked each day since last week monday to address this but still no response has happened. I had 4 days left to my stream and went to renew it but used the wrong kiosk accidentally and it gave me a new and second stream...which I didnt want. There is no other person or way connected to this site to resolve this as none are listed. thanks to any help I can get..respectfully chesterburnett

Went to logon today and it goes to logon page as normal. enter my password and it goes to my home and my ava but then doesn't complete and says "There is a required update for your SL installation" and then says looking for update and thats it! Stuck there! went all over the updates and help area to find I should take the mesh update test. So I do that and it says I have passed it and can update mesh. But doesn't tell me how or where.So I try logging in again and it still says looking for update!

Interestingly if you are on Viewer2 you take a snapshot and upload photo but you cant add photo tp profile because it sez its in wrong format which requires a photo editor to change it for acceptance and lots of steps to do it. BUT if you have Phoenix you go to that and just pick your avatar and profile and drag the photo from your inventory to it and presto its done. So my question is...if viewer2 is the new thing why so hard to do this simple operation!!!!!

This should be so easy to do. You take a picture of your avatar and then post it to your profile picture and presto! But nooo its in TGA format which cant be posted so you save it to your inventory and then out of sl you copy it to your computer hard drive and then Tory recommends a photo editor and so you go to it and after reading the tutorial and about 15 or 20 steps later you still aint there to change it from TGA to JPEG and 2 hours later and isnt this just plain swell!!! You still aint there cuz nobody can remember the 15 or 20 steps in a row just to do it...and the purpose of sl is to have fun and this sure isnt fun and enough to make you wanna say screw it I aint postin an avatar photo in my profile. This is just incredibly stupid cuz if after hours and hours I finally get it right..then what happens if I change my avatar clothes...does it update in the profile photo??? I think not!!!! Can we make this a little harder folks!!!! Its not taxing enough for my comp skills at this point in time.
