  1. On more than one occassion Ive mistyped my email address and thus account creation fails and when I try to get help from secondlife all I get is pointed to the TOS as if Id deliberately given a wrong email address. In the lastest I left off an s. I emailed support to let them know the error both the typoed and the correct version as well as the avatar name. I asked for help. they dont look beyond created accts and tell me there is no such acct. okay if there is no such acct why is the avatar name that I signed up with my mispelled email address now unavailable??? the first time this happen I am told oh well, that name is frozen forever to the wrong email address,nothing we can do to help you...message to me: we can't take the time to fix this. same thing this time. can't be bothered and here is the TOS. I was more than a little offended. I work in this business and my company helps people with things like this so I now with a little kindness and care my problem would be solved. at my company all the clients count, large and small all get stellar care. the thing is, Im not interested in investing in tier fees, or another premium acct if I can't get help with little things like this. Is there a linden out there that can show me second life support does care and cares about all its customers and can take the time to put the S in my typoed email address so I can use the avatar name I chose..a name that I use all across the internet?
