Ok I downloaded the latest version of Phoenix Firestorm since Kirsten's viewer will no longer be updated. But you can upload your pic to your inventory and then add it as your profile pic. I would highly recommend this viewer. I couldn't use it before but with this last update it works great

Yeah, I'm getting pretty pissed off not being able to have a profile pic. Any news on this? I get the same error message as everyone else and I've tried using the latest LL viewer, Kirsten's, Firefox, and Google Chrome.
