I need to submit a request to LL for a chat log that I no longer have due to my computer crashing... It was only this summer, so I am sure LL would still have it. How would I go about submitting this request?

I am using Firestorm 4.3 and I am wondering why I am ablento see shadows on my avatar perfectly, but I cannot get my avatar to project a shadow, but I have seen a lot of photographs where this is so, and yes, I do realize you can produce shadows in Photoshop, or whatever program you use for that sort of thing, but these photos look like RAW shots. So, am I just missing something? I have all shaders enabled, lighting and shadows, sun/moon & projectors, etc. I have all of that. Thank you for the help.

Everytime I try to take a photo and save it to my disk I crash, this is new within the last like 20 minutes. What is going on? I have tried to downgrade my graphics from ultra to medium, I have tried moving to a different area, I've even restarted my whole computer... But, no matter what, I crash. I don't crash if I save it directly to my inventory, but that is useless to me.

I cannot get SL to recognize either of my graphics cards (Mobile Intel HD Graphics and AMD Rodeon HD 6xxxM Series) I have updated all of my drivers, more than once... I have tried downloading an earlier version of SL and even third party viewers and they all give me the same message about not recognizing my graphics... And, I have used the fix they had on here earlier to change it from switchable graphics to fixed. What should I do, if there is anything I can do... But, thanks for your snotty little comment when you apparently did not read my whole question fully. But, I figured it out on my own.

I've been on SL for over 3 years, and I've used a couple of different computers in that process, so the chat logs start over. I was just curious as to if there were a way to access the old ones?

I use Firestorm 3.2.2.24336, and recently everytime I try to change my outfit, or clothing in general I have to clear my cache and do a character test. What's up with this, and how can I fix it?

I have the following 2 graphics cards, switchable graphics, Mobile Intel(R) HD Graphics, and Radeon(TM) HD 6490M. I have tried all the 3rd party viewers, and viewer 1.23 or whatever, and nothing has worked, I get the same message. What should I do???
