I am now getting this error message when I attempt to teleport somewhere Teleport failed. Sorry, but the system was unable to complete your teleport request in a timely fashion. Please try again in a few minutes. any idea how to fix this?

Hi when I log in I get this message: Login Failed: unable to connect to a simulator which is because i made a group with an invalid character in the name, which is causing my logins to fail. It seems the only way to resolve this is to have an admin get into my account and delete the group. Is there an email or anything I can use to contact an admin so I can use my account again? This is pretty much the only way I can resolve this issue. thanks! BTW I emailed support@secondlife.com and I got a return message all in japanese so Im guessing thats not the right email

I logged out to restart the viewer because it wasnt loading my av properly and Im now getting this message when I try to log back in: Login Failed: unable to connect to a simulator. also it will not let me start from any different location. is there any way to fix this or am I stuck not being able to log in with this account? thanks

any viewer I try to use now freezes up and becomes non responsive upon startup. I have a brand new macbook pro that I use thats more than capable of running the programs and has before without problems. what gives?

Hi earlier I asked how to buy L$ for another avatar that belonged to me and the response was to go to their profile and select the "pay" option, but Im not sure how to do this. would I need to have both avatars present at the same time, or is there a way to search for the other? thanks!
