Yep....as long as the 512 land is deeded to the same group & WITHIN the same region, then prims can be shared. Get an orb that covers the whole sim.....there is a really popular on the marketplace that will solve the problem. i use to do rentals on mainland so I know it will work. IM me inworld if you want more details on the orb Im referring to and if you need help setting it up.

No I clearly got your point....I just don't understand why you would put your question here and not in the Q&A section. We have been using this section for years regarding full region rentals. Due to how the rental process goes we consider it a sale. Until they make a section for Full Regions for rent, we will continue to use this section and prob do so even after a "regions for rent" section is created. The mods are clearly ok with this. I don't understand why it bothers you so much that we use this section and you don't even advertise selling land here or in-world....so why exactly are you bothered by what estate owners are doing????? I really think you need to take your point to a different section of the forum. As you said this section is for selling full regions; so clearly its not for questions like this. Good Day.

Ummm In order for estates to give the potential tenant full rights to the land they must "Sell" the full region to the potential tenant. If you are looking to purchase a sim but do not want to rent, I would suggest joining a group in-world that is designated for full transfers of private regions and look through the past notices.

There is a great amount of international users that have no way of purchasing L's thru Lindex, refuses to use Lindex, or just do not have a credit cards/bank account to obtain a Paypal account. Those users relied on TPE to purchase thier L's. Well now that option is gone there is no way for them to purchase L's. Sellers on the other hand, We all went thru TPE to do instant Cashouts, since that is no longer an option for us, we are all running to Lindex to cashout. As of right now there is alot of sellers but no buyers. It'll eventually even out, once we all stop making money due to the fact our customers can no longer purchase L's and pay us. I have had my international tenants approach me and give me notice on thier rentals due to the fact they have no way of purchasing L's to pay rent again. *sigh* Sad Times.

Try the events schedule section on your SL desktop homepage at the bottom and filter for the education section, you will find some institutions around SL that give free classes to help you gain experience in building, or running your own business, building jewelry, etc. These tend to be good quality courses that are usually instructed by experienced SL residents! Not only will you gain knowledge but you will gain new friends that may be able to teach you a thing or two. Good Luck
