I live in KS which has sales tax but do not tax digital goods. Not sure how many other states are like KS.

I would recommend reading through the Caspersafe wiki and join the in-world Casper group for help. Reading the wiki will help you set it up in no time.

Bans lines are disabled in Bellisseria, there is no way to enable them. There is an included security orb you can grab from the control panel if you are looking to keep people out.

You might of got new neighbors if this is new around you. Mainland skies being cluttered with skyboxes is nothing new. Just turn down your draw distance.

Yes they did. You should be able to retrieve the package from your home controller if you are the owner

Being able to filter out Demo Items and Limited Quantities will definitely make shopping the marketplace more enjoyable! I'm pretty sure these are brand new filters added today or am I late on this? Anywho, I look forward to more marketplace improvements!

They could be affected by what use to be a known issue (I'm not sure if its still a known issue) where the linden home randomly dissappeared and the residents that own those plots don't know how to reset thier scene changer (you long click the home control for 2 seconds to do a reset). I know this known issue was happening last year when traditionals were released. This could be what happened but I'm not 100% sure.

I have a free for group members motel you are more than welcome to stay at anytime. Fully funished rooms. There is a fee to join the group then you can stay whenever you like. Go into your "About Land" settings to the "Options" tab and uncheck "Avatars on other parcels can see and chat with avatars on this parcel" 

You can also add the username to the Banned list under the same tab

Don't forget to block them through thier profile to stop all further contact with them along with the above steps.

I usually get mine the next BUSINESS day. The only time I experience any kind of delay is during holidays or weekend. Would be nice to have an instant option in exchange for the HEFTY amount that is charged to process it tho. That's wishful thinking.

As long as the tier is being paid on it linden lab is not concerned about who owns the parcel and if it sits empty or sent right back to the auction. There is no convenant on mainland so the owner of the land does not need to follow any special kind of theme.

Time frames are bad because if they do not deliver within that time frame, people will flood the forums with more duplicate posts wondering what happened and demanding a new time frame.

Because people can bypass windows and doors by zooming directly into the home and sit on furniture in sl. Virtual worlds have alot more limitations then the real world. 

Some objects are still operable from a distance so griefers can still access menus from afar and don't even have to be in the home

BTW windows and doors can be set on the the linden homes to only work for the owner, meaning if they are closed only the owner can open them.

There is only so many hours in a work day. It will take time before the WHOLE continent is done. So even when they release more homes in the NEAR FUTURE there will still be a lot of undeveloped land. If they didn't release any  homes until the whole continent is done then we prob wouldn't see a full release till next year.

These signs are literally up at almost every dead end street. There's still a lot of undeveloped land that will eventually be covered in the new linden homes.

The Bellisseria Homes are all full at the moment. The Lindens have said there are more to come.

[A new solution to combat high mainland prices]

I have put in several support tickets and whether thay put it directly in my name or sent it to auction (I didn't meet the criterias to have it placed in my name), I was still able to get it. YMMV. 

A support ticket still brings the much needed attention to the abandoned land for it to be placed in an auction, this gives another resident or you a chance to purchase it. You clearly just want linden lab to control what can be done with the land after purchase.

Just shop for mainland you can afford and stop worrying about what others do with thier piece(s) of land.
