Auction and Bid Barn CSR. http://slurl.com/secondlife/Pirates%20Cove%20Ranch/38/106/21 Requirements: Min 60day old (sl time) experience with Amaretto K9's and Amaretto Horses Ability to post Event Postings And PROPER Group Advertising Duties: Advertise Auction area for 1 hour prior to auction and maintain advertising until 1/2 way through auction. For those on shift not surrounding the Auction time, Stalls (both K9 and Horse) will be advertised as well as Bid and stud boards. Greet Customers and answer questions, or refer them to someone who can help (for requests that require management) Required to remain on Pirates Cove Ranch for duration of shift 4 hours per day (min 5 day per week): 3 shifts available: 8-Noon, Noon-4, 4-8pm Payment: 500L per week or 200 prim stall for sales/Storage ( or combo of both... 250L per week and 100prim stall) Also, will alow rezz of tip jar in auction area during shift duties. AUCTIONEER- As a voice auctioneer, you'd be doing a few auctions a week, and may be called to "fill in" for an auction. Our Auctions are currently running once per day 4pm slt, though AM auctions may be put in place if we have staff to cover. This is a tips only position however we do require a 10% Tip according to your sales. So selling your best is going to profit well! You will be expected to do additional duties such as showing up a hour early to put the notecard entries into order and advertising just before the auction to fill the bidders audience section. An auction managers job consists of: * Managing & Supervising Auctioneers * Making weekly schedule * Finding replacement auctioneer in case of no show Auction managers are to: * be present 1 hour prior to auction * make sure all horses/bundles/k9's/kennals meet auction requirements * assist auctioneers if there is a problem * Help bring in and maintain Traffic * Contact sellers that are not present for auction nootifying them their stall will be skipped. We also ask that any "new hires" be interviewed with our Auction manager as they will be working directly with them and if there is a conflict of personality or working style it can be addressed before hand.
