 I am unable to find any hardware bans linked to your account. What viewer are you currently using? If anything other than Viewer 3 from secondlife.com, please try logging in with Viewer 3 and copy/paste the error message you are getting when trying to log in. Also, can you double check your MAC Address and Volume Serial Number? 1. From a PC, go to the Start menu, choose Run, type cmd, and press Enter. From a Mac, open the Terminal and follow the rest of the directions. 2. Type getmac at the screen that appears. 3. We're looking for the numbers with the dashes (-) in them. 4. If typing getmac gives you an error message, type ipconfig /all. We're looking for the Physical address information. The MAC address should be numbers, something similar to XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX. Likewise, the Volume Serial Number, which can be shown from the command prompt by typing dir and reading the number at the top. 1. Go back to the screen/Terminal. 2.
