Have not been able to get on fro months. Support told me there is no block and they cannot help me I was a clean member with no alts.....

I've had this problem for months and also submitted a ticket. I was told there is no block and there is nothing more that they can do for me. I have a Verizon wireless router and I almost wondered if the problem started after I installed it (I was not on for a while). Restart does not help.....
