    Also running windows 7 pro 64bit. graphics is intel 965

    Also when troubleshooting I am getting a compatibility issue

    When I start viewer 2 or any other viewer for that matter I get a blank empty window. I don't see anything at all. I recently had a HDD failure and had to replace it. Since then I can't get SL to work. Any suggestions? I have installed directx, flash player, activeX and updated all graphics drivers
