  1. HI, thanks very much for answering my previous questions. I did what you asked, restarting my computer, restarting my modem, etc. It did not help. I got the information from the start-up page, as well as from Speed Test.com. Now I need to find out how and where to send this information, to file a support ticket. When I tried to go to 'Contact Linden labs', they gave me a bunch of drop down menus with a very narrow selection of available options. Connectivity was not among them. Also, it was not possible to respond under the same thread where I posted the original question.
  2. I have problems teleporting. Whenever I try, I seem to either time out (location unavailable), or get disconnected. I HAVE gone to the 'Teleporting Issues' wiki, and tried everything there. The only thing I was unable to try was checking for packet loss. The information for downloading something that would help with that is a dead link. Also, there is NO lag meter under my 'help' menu on my Second Life viewer. I have tried to manually type in the name of the place I want to go. This works for 'G' rated areas, but not 'M' or 'A' rated areas. It always tells me 'Location unavailable', and sticks me in a 'G' area. I am using a Mac power book. I have a wireless connection, BUT I have connected directly to the LAN. I have disabled my firewall. I am also having some issues with getting stuff I have ordered from the market. I got an e-mail that says it has been delivered, but I still haven't recieved it. I haven't gotten an IM from anybody yet. I am reluctant to contact the Merchants yet, since I am pretty sure the problem is on my end. Also, and this MIGHT be related....when I tried to buy Lindens, I got an error message that says 'DNS unable to resolve host name'. It told me to go to second life.com and connect there. (which I was able to do). Then, it said 'If the problem continues, go to support section and report this problem.' I'm not sure how to do that either.
