I cant get into adult content. I am 18 years of age (older actually) and have my payment info on file. i also am sure i have it enabled in my settings, yet the checkbox to view adult only content is still greyed out. i tried restarting but noting. what do i do?

i got a new computer, the graphics card is a Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB on a macbook pro, and sl works, its just only a few things load, like my hair, and a few tv screens. no walls,floors, bodies, and... oh no wait, a few floor textures are there off in the distance, but thats it. whats happening?
