We have several different levels for you to choose from that will suit most small business persons needs. * Rent payable a month at a time and is due on the 1st of each month. It is payable to the sim owner Arke Lethecus. * Amount is based on the number of prims you need. 50 Prim - $325L per month 100 Prim - $650L per month 150 Prim - $975L per month 200 Prim - $1300 per month * We will allow a grace period to the 5th of each month to pay your rent. * Due to the religious nature of the Via Dolorosa, the sim owner and/or estate managers reserve the right to deny sales of certain products we deem to be sexual, deviant, anti-christian, demonic, or just plain poor taste. If you would like to submit your products before hand for approval, we would be glad to meet you at a neutral site or your store to review your product submission. I will be from buying the land, texturing, building, animating. scripting, etc. I'm aware about the budget that I'm gonna spend for this project.
