  1. Well, I have the same problem... just called Billing Support... evidently it's a browser issue. I use Explorer... it's also an issue with Chrome. The rep. suggested that I install Firefox instead. That's not gonna happen... my husband wouldn't go for that. I guess I'll just have to wait for Linden to resolve this issue, assuming they can, so I can give them my money. (She also suggested that I empty my cache to see if that works. I'll try it, though I doubt it. If it does work, I'll post...)
  2. Thank you! I found a previous post saying that inventory will be safe, so I uninstalled V2 and reinstalled, but it's still crashing. It's got to be the new update... I'm wondering if I should do a system restore to before the update...?
  3. Hi! Since the new update today, I logged in right after, but within minutes I couldn't move. I logged out, then in... still couldn't move... logged out... now when I try to log in it crashes on startup. I get an error message saying, "the Nvidia openGL driver lost connection with the display driver and is unable to continue. the app must close." I contacted Nvidia, they were no help... suggested that I uninstall and reinstall the game. :( What will I lose if I do that? :( My Graphics card is an Nvidia GT 440... I can't find any info about it here on SL's support info... I've had it for a couple of months... and SL was working fine until today... Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! :) Thank you!
