ive tried everything. Ive reloged, rebaked, and ive also done the character test thing and nothing has worked.

I bought a few things on marketplace a few days ago and they haven't been sent to me yet. I looked at my order history and it said: "1 item has not yet been delivered This item is queued for delivery. Merchants cannot redeliver the item at this time, and have not been paid. If the item is not delivered within 8 hours after purchase, you will automatically receive a refund to your account. If you make a purchase while the transaction is in progress, the refund credit may be applied to your next order." I never got refunded on any of the items I bought. I dont know if this helps any but I bought 5 items that this has happened to. I really don't like sending tickets unless i absolutely  have to so I just came here. Could someone help?

Everytime i try to log in to marketplace. it says i havent logged in..... help?
