phoenix dont run too =( I had this same problem a while ago with windows 7 and I managed to fix using a older version from second life viewer, the old version did an update to version 2 and works normally all viewer, so I formatted my PC and I lost this old version viewer =( and I can not open more the second life =( (sorry my english
