i woke up to my Linens missing what do i do to get them back

i had over 6,000 L$ when i woke up i only had 1,000 how do i go about getting my L$ back and who do i talk to -
i purchased an item tht wasnt delivered 2 days later it says failed to deliver how do i ger my Linens bac tht was removed frm my acct
