just happened to me too. Tried to purchase lindens via the Firestorm viewer. first it says order accepted, then 2 minutes later tells me a refund was issued and that the refund was requested before the money left my bank account. except that I didnt request a refund

Having the same issue. Just tried to buy lindens via the FS viewer. First it says that the order was placed...then 2 minutes later, it tells me a refund was issued and that the refund was requested before the money left my account...however, I did not request a refund.
