Earlier today I sold lindens on the secondlife.com website and it credited an amount and it says USD and the amount but when I go to process credit it wont let me click the process credit tab or button at the bottom of the page.. does anyone have any idea why?

I cant get my voice to work at all, i cant hear and i cant talk on voice since i installed the new firestorm, it works on the regulat SL viewer but not phoenix nor firestorm now please help
