we always great ticket but they do not response to us and whan we call them via mobile they ask to wait for ticket review

me and my friend was band from sl with out any reason either account free or premium now with in 3 day 100 of my friend and me getting band with out any reason and no one tell us why they do this. we spend thousand s of dolars for busnessess and every thing is losses this is really unfair
