Mason Sorbet

A friend of mine is having a problem with an alpha that she can't remove. She was using the Black Dragon viewer when it happened. She now has an alpha covering her chest and back. She has tried going back to the original Second Life avatar and its still there. It doesnt show up in "Worn" items in inventory either. Anyone have any ideas to start?
