Okay I have a windows Vista PC and I downloaded Second Life Viewer and I can't log in It just says "DNS could not reslove Host name" What is wrong and what should I do? any suggestions? Please and thank you!

okay I just downloaded SL and when I log in it says "media_plugin_webkit" failure and I already restarted and it say DNS could not resolve the host name...so what's wrong? Oh and I have a windows visa and it's a PC Oh and one more thing, I have a fire wall any suggestions? Can you help me out here? Please and thank you! Oh and one more thing, I do have Flash player and Apple quick time
