Hello residents! I've been around for a while, and regret never really having got the hang of building. I think I've seen most tutorial islands like ivory, and an unimaginable amount of web resources. What I really could use is someone that sits down with me, and runs me through my problems I endure when building. If the favour is not enough, I can trade the classes for scripting-lessons.

Back in the old days you had them skycraper-island with office-rooms for sale, including small amount of prims for your furniture/servers etc. Anyone know of a place that still provides such service?

Hello dear Marketting miracles. I've recently start-up a club. (One of fewer things i have never done on SL.) I seem to have every ingredient to a good club, and got very positive feedback from the few visitor i had. I would appreciate you shareing your idea's on how to get a party mob to enter my club. Once the marbles are rolling and people are tping their friends thats fine, but where do i get that first wave? xxx

Please explain to me, why so many residents think they're oppinion is of any importance to LL? Daily they come to me and complain with arguments like 'why did LL ban gambling? they cant do that.', 'LL doesn't have the right to delete my forum post / reply' or 'They banned me for nothing so i have the right to come back.' NEWSFLASH: Just because LL is a company, doesn't mean they have to act to please. They can ban you if they dont like your IRL picture for that matter, they reserve the right. STOP MOANING

About the club Who I'm looking for: A dynamic young lady aged 19-30 that enjoy's clubbing IRL as much as I do, and shares the love for dance/dubstep/laid back music. (oh god this nearly sounds like dateing) What will you be doing: Recieving people, as well as trying to pull people onto the club. Dear Resident, my name is Pammymy, and it fill's me with great joy to be able of inviting you to my brand new club. The reason for opening YET another club, is for a few simple reasons. I love dj-ing, as i travel allot, i like to show a variety of European clubbing music. Second is, i got sick and tired of laggy clubs, with fog's of war unimaginable. The club exists from a sitting area, where we serve the finest champagne in the land, as a dancing area with lightning. (NON-LAGG) and a second floor serving as a balcony with view on the dance floor. Not to forget, our unique DJ stand with music display so you can always look up the songs coming across! Even though we warmly welcome every single resident that is up for a party, this club plays dance, dubstep, r'n'b and some grime for whatever fits in the track list. Special events are going to be pronounce a week in advance, and we will send out 'posters' with the theme. There is no dress code, we clubbers like it dirty, as long as it stay's fun for everyone. We have a live DJ, and do take anyone who is brave enough to step-up to the platform, to play us some tunes. I used to find clubs the least of my interest, but as i am loosing my business-sighting feathers I'd like to have some fun. Dear Residents, I am looking for a few clothing parts. I have spend some days exploring marketplace, unsuccesfully. I know there's a few fashion-addicts out there that may have found this gear before me. They are IRL pictures, but closest match will do. (pants) (I did find vans on M.P but not in a very good state.)

Dear Residents, I have been on SL for quite a while (2007), and i have done allot of scripting. Most of the time not even charging money for the scripting. Now i'd love to start a store, but my scripts lack builds. I've been on the journey of finding a builder to create fór me and combine, but its very hard to find someone that is on the same brainwaves as me. Aswell i want to create things out of fantasy, realise a dream so to speak. I know most basics of building, but they often come out very dodgy. Also i have done some attempts in external 3d programs to sculpt witch failed more or less. What i would require from this mentor/tutor is some guidance, perhaps some plan to develop step by step. Perhaps show me examples now and then, and tell me what to focus on next. I've visited some buildingclasses/parcels with building instructions, i need some guidance. I hope someone has the heart to do such task, Thanks, Pammy

Dear residents, thank you for responding. Still i think furniture builders etc. will be beaten by technology. Why would one design a 'weapon' or 'jewel' if they can simply get pre-moddeled ones from the web? Almost like sculptpacks you can combine for products. I think meshes will be used for converting game 3d models to SL in a more applicable way as it has been mass attempted with sculpts.

Dear Residents, when i finally read up with the mesh i was frightened. Implementation of the mesh would mean ALLOT of free/opensource 3D models may be imported. Meaning there will no longer be need of any builds such as furniture etc. These could even be ripped from other games, witch is very hard to trace. How do you think about this?

I expect to gain greater notice from those possessing regions but have little idea of what to do with them. Can you honestly expect people to buy a region and not do anything with it? Whoever is willing to provide shall have a location built for them entirely for free. If I could buy a region myself, I would. Indeed, I intend to rent from all of these commercial areas to go to the owner of the region. Every single region owner who cannot build well for him/herself requires someone else the build the sim. I expect there are many such instances. I am also familiar with many regions that don't even have any areas for commercial gain. Nevertheless, if the owner is not satisfied, he/she is, by all means, free to refuse any further usage of the region, as is allowed by Second Life's system. I see you are also somewhat uninformed regarding the nature of the Grid Republic. If you wish to make these comments, I suggest you make them directly to me, rather than by putting them up here for all to see as a public mockery. Though I intend no offense, and therefore, it would be logical for you to do the same. Kind regards to you.
