I am not getting any message......the crash logger comes up and thats it. I tried what you said LoveAngel....& nothing helps :( Should have just kept what I had as nothing was wrong with it...but I listened to others "you should try this viewer or that viewer".....SIGH ...NEVER again! Knowl: it has detecting hardware....initializing VFS and then the crash log comes up
