  1. I used to love Sn@tch miss her and her store. That is the vibe I was attempting to create but I don't have any clothing myself I just wanted to retexture something for the folks that are grinding on my arcade machines. But I think I look at another angle thanks for all the suggestions.
  2. Thanks for the replies. I am aware that the lucky chairs aren't a good traffic generator and are being discontinued. I was trying to revive the idea at my sim while people are grinding at an inworld game, there are many participating sims that all make an effort to stand out and attract players. I thought if people had a chance to collect a game related outfit while they grind and look for their letter to come up it would be a novel approach to the lucky chair. I can't create mesh and probably wouldn't want to pay for development kits to do so. I have used full perm items to retexture to my liking and thought of doing that but the TOS pretty much only allow me to resell or keep for myself as I read them. I really appreciate the offer Claireschen your items are lovely and with a retexture probably a wonderful fit but part of the plan was to create a sense of collecting the set. Kind of like what you got with the gatchas. Thanks for the help guys.
  3. Hello, I saw a posting in the forums about using the creator forum to request group gift items. I was looking for full perm items to retexture and offer as luck chair type items to offer at my sim as a perk for visiting and increasing traffic but most items prohibit gifting even if you change the permissions. The post I read said that he had used the forums to request such items from creators directly. I'm not sure if this is right and if not does anyone know where to obtain gift items or do you have to learn blender?
  4. I'm sorry I got offended when she ignored what I wrote because the best way to counter rude is with a smile.
  5. I love to rile up the fanboys. I can just see you guys still getting together to play Second Life "the board game" hope the dedication pays off.
  6. Oh yeah, I didn't think if that. I had set it right outside the front door for when I invite people over but inside would work. Do you know if I can upload a picture of what my living room used to look like and texture the wall with than so I can delete all the furniture and it still kinda looks like it has furniture?
  7. I thought I had made if perfectly clear that all the typical excuses had be addressed. Do you know how to make the door open automatically or not?

    Auto open doors

So lately SL has been loading at the speed of a 56k modem. On my linden parcel in Anati the house takes forever to rez and sometimes will end up rezzing with no doors or windows. I can't see anything to click to open the door and go in. Is there a setting to make the Belliseria doors open automatically so I can at least walk into the gray cube? Oh and BTW, yes, I have the latest graphics card drivers, yes I bought a brand new computer that can run Cyberpunk at 32 FPS, I'm on a dedicated T1 line and all my network settings have been reviewed and certified by official Linden and Firestorm connection specialists. I've subscribed to the secret Amazon cloud portal with exclusive bandwidth privilege's and paid for the use of the entire region just for testing and blocked anyone else from entering for 24 hours. So yeah that's not it. What I need is a way to suffer through the lagging we are all desperately trying to ignore that exists and is getting very very very bad. Updated code, server side investment and improvements or or another band aid oh and yes I've ruthed all the way down to BoM with no scripts not even a flexi lock of hair so yeah just asking for auto open doors at Blliseria
  9. Sometimes people try to make things more complicated than they need to be. Basically the variable in his control has remained the same. His experience has become worse after supposed server side improvements there's no need to sidestep the observation. You may have a vested interest in being a dedicated fan but I'm just a paying consumer and the game is becoming a chore to try and enjoy. For the past year the entire grid resembles the busiest clubs I used to attend just 5 years ago with avi's that were 10 times heavier than the new batch of reengineered ruths we've been forced to use. As for your other suggestions I can record 100 plus players in a battle at a decent FPS of 15 and can't record anything with more than 20 avatars in SL with anything but 11 FPS. So please explain to me why there are different FPS on the same connection, same rig, different game and it has nothing to do with the server's software or hosting. It's like saying that the reason I lost the car race has noting to do with the fact that I was forced to drive on dirt roads and other people had paved roads but I might be able to keep up if I buy a Ferrari for the dirt roads.
  10. So am I getting this right? If the game can't perform the suggested option is to collectively lower our expectations? Linden land never has heavy traffic even on new regions. Everything that is being suggested to be turned off or removed is sold on MP to create an improved player experience. I don't remember my garage coming with a disclaimer that this is all I can have rezzed before it affects performance. Where is the list of how many plants to paintings is ideal just to be able to walk in your own home? Thanks for all the workarounds and I now at this stage in the game Linden is not about to improve or fix anything but let's face it, this is clearly on them, and they clearly don't care, and the choice give us is do you care more about the game than being able to play it. Unreciprocated loving is just obsession.
  11. Well, this is if nothing else poor planning by Linden, at worst it's strong arm marketing. Sure everyone wants lines around the corner of people waiting to get your product but when you act like the cable company and roll out new services and features while ignoring your existing customers, it's gonna bite you in the ass. So what do you do, well you switch. Everyone knows how little respect you get from your phone or cable company and when you call and ask why you can't have a free whole house DVR or unlimited data they act like they could care less. But not the other companies, they fall over backwards trying to get you to switch. Well since the Sims went offline there really hasn't been much competition but it's the principle of the thing so like I told them. I cancelled my premium and I'm not going to scour the forums and hit refresh and jump through any hoops. When they can offer me the same services and amenities everyone else who pays the same amount enjoys, they will need to find a way to reach out to me and let me know. I'm not sure the sour taste of this move will be gone so they may need to offer something extra for their disrespect, I don't know a free piece of furniture or simply an apology. I urge you to take your power back so often, and this is getting really ridiculous with all game developers, these companies make money hand over fist to the point that individuals are not only cheated and held in disdain but actively scoffed and ridiculed even by the less successful developers. Sure SL is nothing like Fallout 76 but they seem to want to be, that's the problem. Linden you're not Bethesda but if you quit trying to be like them you might just outlive them otherwise you won't like Atari, THQ, Westwood studios, Sierra etc.
