He can get in on all other alts. He can use the mobile grid and log in fine. He has 2 PC's - can't get one on either with the main avi only alts. He has tried multiple viewers and even the trick of logging into the SL website to force a connection to the grid did not work. :( he has disabled all gestures and deleted most of them. He is still getting a msg that gesture ABC... Can't be loaded..its a different gesture each time. _ yes- cache has been cleaned. Any suggestions?

has there been an update to this? I know someone having the same problem but can log in alts with no issue- they deleted gestures too - viewer makes no difference and its a new computer.

I se someone posted that rolling back to an lder viewer helps but make sure before you delete the current to UNCHECK auto update or it will just update back to the one you have..lol

I have the SAME issue and support doesnt seem to know how to fix it.. i spent an hour trouble shooting for them to tell me to clean install and try again. Then if there is a problem still to start a ticket..smh I cleared off all the 3rd party viewers so i could just us the SL viewer, not I think I may go back to Firestorm and deal with the crashing or DL an older version of SL viewer... has anyone else found a fix yet?

any update on a fix for MAC users? Will a clean install fix this problem?

How does one do this on a mac w/o IE?

is there any other fix for this i recently Dl the SL viewer and quit the other views but now I am having an issue with the SLL handshake
