So? 12 days in real life is still 12 days. Well... now it is 2 weeks.

As I said, my account was placed on hold. I have documentation, and would like to attach it to the ticket, but to do that, I must log in. I cannot log in, what should I do?

There is still the fact that the entire response should be in under 14 days, as I was told by the costumer support.

Bleh... Ive been waiting 12 days. 2 more days and the 5 day to 2 week response period will be over. :c

I created this account just so I could post this. I have a main account which has been placed on hold for age verification. I understand the need for this, but I have submitted my documents to verify my age manually at your request. I have waited 12 days since then. I resubmitted the documents once again today, and still have recieved no response or confirmation of recieval. How long will this take?
