Everything worked fine on the previous session... After logging into a new session, a "Failed to find clothing in database - loading defaults" error popped up for four articles of clothing: shoes, blouse, pants, underwear. The items were still listed in my inventory. Clicking 'Wear' triggered the error message. I even tried re-rezzing the outfit from the original package after deleting the 'not found' item from my inventory. That particular item even after being restore still triggers the "Failed to find clothing in database" drop-down message...
