thank you again, Rolig. Yup you know he's not getting terraforma perms. What I really need to know is if he deeds the parcil to his group is there anything I set to allow hin to do him to do the deeding or can he do that on his own via his parcel details?

But once he owns the parcel and he has set his group to that parcel, can he deed the land or is there something I have to do as owner of the sim? And yes what you suggest is everything I suggest to my parcel owners and do as owner of some of the parcels on the sim.

I own a SIM and one of my parcel tenants wants to deed his parcel land to a group he created for his parcel (object is to use media on his parcel) - is there anything that I as owner need to do so he can achieve this deeding? Is it safe to do this?

Does this also apply to a parcel owner in my sim wants to deed his parcel to his group of 2 people?

yup both owners of the group. I just do not get it - seriously do you make parcel calls - my estate manager and I are absolutely lost. The only thing left is to try to reclaim and sell to her. I don't know what else to do.

The Group is shown on the General tab of their parcel. It is not deeded to the group,. Indicates that others can fly, build, object entry and run scripts. Once again I am baffled.

Will look at their parcel details again later. What baffles me the most is that the other parcel with a couple have had no trouble at all by simply letting each other have edit rights on their "Friends" list and why this couple cannot do the same. Will look thank you.

I need to take a screen shot of the Friends List for an example of how to share edits with friends.

Now the group for their parcel is a private group now the sim group - that should still work? I will take a look later when I get on line to see what the general tab looks like

This person has a partner and needed to have permissions for her to be able to put things on their parcel and to do edits. Have another couple that simply gave each other edit perms on their "friend" list - no problems at all - totally a non-issue and they have built with no problems. First couple decided to create a group for themselves to make it "easier". He cannot deed his parcel to the group and they can't set up a secuirtiy orb etc. The partner owns the orb and he owns the parcel. My estate manager and I are baffled - the parcel settings look ok. And we keep wondering why one couple is having no issues but this couple is. Anyone have suggestions? I'm thinking of reclaiming the parcel and then letting her own it but don't want to do that until I know I've tried everything as it is. Thanks for any suggestions or help.
