I've been using the Phoenix Viewer for awhile, but I want to go back to Viewer 2, when I do try logging in, said to be sure I'm using the right user name and password well duh it's my username and password I should know it. On Phoenix I have my screen name as a first and last name with a space in the middle of the two. So does this mean there's a different way of typing my username?
