  1. Thanks, I'll contact support as you suggest.
  2. Then 3) you have to click Front View - that's what I said: a few key clicks. ;-) OK that's not too much hassle but a hot key would be even better! However what I really want is to be able to do it in Phoenix where it seems you cannot get this effect at all!
  3. I am new to the Phoenix viewer but cannot find an equivalent of 'Front View' (or 'Side View') that I often used in the Linden 2L viewer. If it's available it is very well hidden. Ideally I'd like an easy way to quickly flip from one view to another e.g. a key shortcut or an easily accessible button (the 2L viewer 2 needs a few key presses to negotiate a menu system to get front view but it is better than nothing). I know all about using the Alt key combination with other keys and the mouse to move the camera around but as soon as you try to move, the camera insists on going back to the default position behind the head. I also know you can move that default camera position but what I want is a very quick and easy way to flip between the front and back views (perhaps side as well) with the position maintained whilst I move e.g. walking. I really want to be able to view my avatar from the front whilst I move. Obviously with front view I cannot see where I'm going so I only want it for situations where I know the way is clear. I don't know if this is the right place for matters concerning the Phoenix viewer but I'm having difficulty finding anywhere in the limited Phoenix help pages where I could ask a question such as this.
  4. I don't want others around me see that I am taking a snapshot when I am doing so.
