Hi, I have a problem linking my build. I have built a lighthouse and I wish to push it off sim. I linked a long prim to the build and the light spins correctly, but I cannot push the build off sim. Then I tried it with the build linked to the long prim and I could push it off sim, but the light spun on another axis , incorectly. I am not sure how to solve this problem. Any feedback would be appreciated, thank you.

If you go to World, Environment settings, Environment editor, there are settings there for advanced sky and advanced water. Also, under Edit, preferences, on the graphics tab, make sure you have "custom" ticked to see all your options............happy viewing~

I use Singularity and love it. It's a light viewer and I don't get the glitches I had in Firestorm. If you look on the bottom right of the viewer, there is an up arrow, to quickly change draw distance, etc. And you can change your settings easily in preferences for water, etc. Everyone has their own preference in viewers as to what works best for them. I don't think one can say any viewer is "bad", just not for you.

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place. Starting about a week ago, my partner is seeing a line coming from certain mesh outfits, when he wears them. It is a dark line coming out of his foot area and is related to the outfit. Yesterday I tried on a new mesh gown and he saw it with my outfit. He showed me a pic of a line coming from the bottom of the gown, stretching out into the sim. I do not see these lines myself. His LOD setting is on 4, if that helps. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thanks....

I see you were able to make a decision about a sim or homestead. I was overwhelmed reading your post. You put Carpe Diem to shame. I wish you luck in your new venture. Sim surrounds are nice, but as someone else here said, they cause problems with sitting. We got rid of ours and went with long offshore waves. Things seem less glitchy now. Enjoy the frenzy~

We rent from a land baron(ess). I won't name them here, as that may be seen as advertising. They have fantastic customer service and we have been very satisfied. They are a big company, so I don't fear that they would close up shop tomorrow and leave us stranded. Our Homestead is not commercial, we have it open to the public, so they may wander about and enjoy a peaceful time.

My partner and I have "owned"....rented a Homestead for about 2 years now. We set the covenent, change windlight settings...name the sim....terraform etc. If you would like more info, just send me an im inworld and I would be happy to answer your questions.

In Singularity, you go to Advanced, Debug settings...then type cameraoffsetrearview and change the numbers from there till satisfied with your view. Good Luck...~
