[April 20th, 2011-Purchases made, paid for-Never delivered?]

I might have posted this in the wrong section.

I made purchases since April 20, 2011 - I have not received any of them.  When i checked on history  they all say that they were delivered.  At this time, I am asking for a reimbursement or the delivery of my items.  Thanks!
