Do I have to be premium to sell my Lindens?

So my viewer says I can access adult content, but I am unable to enter a certain parcel because I'm not age verified?? I have been told I am, but I still can't enter this area, and I'd really like to. Any solutions?

Ha. I submitted a support ticket and got a snarky response about policy and not being a premium member. I have never seen such poor customer treatment since I went to Applebee's that one time in '99...

Nothing anyone told me to do worked. So I pulled up msconfig to boot in safe mode, then ran system restore. Poof! All fixed. Too bad it doesn't fix my age verification problem.

As expected, Norton didn't find anything. I'll see if Windows malicious software removal tool finds anything.

My fiance is insistent that I finish the norton scan first. I have no idea how far along it is, since the progress bar disappeared. *twiddles thumbs*

Trust me, I am. I can't afford to wipe my HD.

Not a one. It's like they say, "Nope, I'm not opening for you." I've done a virus/spyware scan, and I'm in the process of doing a memory diagnostic when Norton finishes what it's doing.

Okay, I opened a bank account with my current address. But this isn't working. I have a side problem: a lot of my programs on my computer won't open. They were working fine before. Such as Microsoft Money, IE 8, and add/remove programs.

It's the only one I have, since I just installed it for the sole purpose of age verification.

I tried it from my Blackberry too. So that rules out "try another browser". But I'll try IE anyway.

@ Darren, I have done that also. I'm thinking when I hit submit even after I change it, it screws up. I'd like to be age verified so my job on SL isn't comprimised, although they all know I'm 18.

I know, right? I'm turning 19 soon here. I refuse to pay for a game like this, especially if my fiance doesn't like the idea, either.

I'm at my wit's end with this. I've tried my old address, new address, new driver's license, and my last 4 SSN. Always the same error: Age verification failed. I even tried a payment method, called billing to ensure it was in, and they said I still wasn't age verified because my real name wasn't on the account. So I submitted a support ticket to do so (which was done), and I am STILL unable to verify age. It seems that on the beta, when I pick my birthday, it keeps jumping to the 1st of the month instead of on my actual birthday. I'm not a premium member, and I think it's a bunch of caca that I have to pay in order to get quality customer service. I've supplied all the info; why can't you guys do it manually?
