[Great Beach Mainland Parcel for Sale]

I have thought long and hard on selling my land or not and have finally decided it's time. it's a great deep parcel on Linden Lab open water. We have had a million bucks worth of fun in that water too! The land has just enough beach and it fades into the water. Perfect for a cozy beach scene and a jet ski rezzer to be able to ride smoothly from the land to LL water and explore. The land is priced under value, compared to most beach land. I have it at 3.8m2. I believe a spot right down from me is selling at 7m2. There is a 2nd small parcel in the back SW corner I own as well. I have it deeded to a private group and used it as my personal home spot. If I get a buyer for the larger parcel in the next 72 hours, I'll throw the small parcel in for free.

[Renting Great Beach Access Land]

I have a great little parcel bordering Linden Labs oceans and seas. Explore all over in your watercrafts.

What I have done is separated and subdivided for equal parcels with independent audio and media controls. Each parcel has a great fully furnished home. Perfect for new members or those who don't want to be bothered with setting something up themselves. But if you have something you'd rather use, as long as it fits in the parcel, I'll happily grab up my house and give you the reigns to be creative. Each parcel, on top of the home, comes with prims to play with.

I'm not going to restrict the mainland itself. That way, the tenants can freely rez their boats or other water toys for their adventures.

I am selling 1/2 of my sim to tier down. it's a beautiful lot at a heck of a deal for quick sale. it is 7920 sq.m. and supports 1812 prims. I used it for months as rental land. The set up is perfect. The tenants I had, what they paid in rent covered my tier for that lot. I have left vacant skybox platforms set at 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 meters. They are ready for your rental skyboxes and are included in the sale.

What I really like about this land is the fact that it is sitting on TRUE Linden labs protected water. What does this mean? The ocean bordering the land is owned by Governer Linden and IS NOT for sale nor can it be built upon. This means your ocean view will never be blocked and access to Second Life via watercraft is endless. This was a HUGE renting bonus, all my tenants had boats or other water toys.

I'm selling the parcel for 15,000 Lindens. The tier to this land (what you will pay Linden labs) is $40 USD if this is your only land. If you already own land, then you know how tier works and what the increase will be.

Mainland skyboxes catered  to what you personally need. Will customize your prim/price needs.You're a builder and all you need is a platform with some privacy? Got that. Gal that loves to shop and need a place to rez, change, hang out with your SL guy? Got that. Even if you're a vampire and need a castle to perform a turn or Bloodlines vendors, yep, got that too :)

Rez your own home, or if just getting started, I have great fully furnished homes in many styles. We'll take the time to get out each style and have you explore and pick. Also, I refuse to crowd anyone. You'll find plenty of places for rent in my price range, but you'll be stacked in skyboxes like a can of sardines. I will not place any home within 100 meters of the next. Now I can't guarantee neighboring land won't be close, but I will take the time to check out the surrounding area before locking you into a spot.

This is beach front land sitting on Linden Labs protected waters. What does that mean to you? rezz out that rowboat and venture all around Second Life. That's what that means. Fun fun fun! :)

Below your skybox, you're going to find a very upscale pool with animations and PG pose balls. nothing worse than popping into a community area and seeing something you can't unsee. So the pool, bar/BBQ pit are social friendly and there for your use. Parties, gatherings, socials. I can even help decorate. And by all means explore the castle, sit on the beach, bask in the sunset.

Weekly rent varies. Just depends on your needs. Fully furnished house with 100 prims starts at 300L a week.
