    I just upgraded to premium service, but at the sign on screen there is no option to swtich from basic to advanced. I am using the Phoenix 2 viewer. How do I know I am getting my premium service?

    There are no options on the vendors and I tried wearing the gift card and it still does not appear to be used as payment?

    I was given gifts cards to Grumbles but cannot get them to come up when I go to purchase. How do i use the gift cards?
