but i can sign into the webpage...

I've tried resetting my computer, resetting my modem, clearing my cashe, but I still can't login to Secondlife game... i get "unable to contact grid. Despite our best efforts, something unexpected has gone wrong.... please check secondlife.com/status.... to see if there is a known problemwith the servise." i haven't done anything wrong, and i haven't got any emails... what can i do?
