Itoshii

I've just downloaded Second Life for the first time, and whenever I try to open the shortcut I get this message: SecondLife.exe - Application Error The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application. Anyone know what this error message points to? Is my system not good enough to run the program or did it not install properly? I've tried downloading it twice now with the same result both times :/
