i know how to add an item ... however just last week i could wear all 3 of these items at the same time and for some reason now i cannot

I can't add more than one face tattoo since the last update, ex.. I have eyelashes, eye make up and lipstick all separate face tattoos and before the last update I could add all 3 but now I am not able to add any, I am only able to wear 1 at a time.
