Okay i was having this issue as well....if you dont already have the "Advanced" menu at the top of your screen hit ctrl+alt+d and that should hopefully bring it up. From that menu go to character...test character...and choose male or female....depending obviously. that works for me....hope it helps.

I bought these two kittens. I bought them toys and a scrating post as well as beds but their happiness is really low and it breaks my heart! I feel like a bad owner but i dont know what to do!! Please help my kitties!!! =(
