Eventually it would have led to rebellion. Those teenagers would have found a way around anyways, kids are smart. Why complain anyways? More teenagers..more careless spending, more careless spending= more happy people.

Welcome. Yes it is overwhelming at first, but with time this will be second nature to you. The experience you will have is well worth the wait and learning, I assure you. =)
