Pink prims? I have recently redownloaded the firestorm viewer, and the prims are all pink. How do i fix this problem? i have in the past but forgot how, i have went through all the settings and cant figure it out. When i turn on basic shaders, the pink appears. when i turn it off it disapears but then my avi looks bad with jagged shadows. someone please help me fix this problem!

My avatar wont load? im new, and i have just started, but its stuck in a.... blue blob ghoast form? i have a friend who has tried to help, we have done everything. we have: done the character tests, cleared cache's, logged in and out various times, tried going to diff rooms, tried putting on various cloths-skins-shapes- ect, we have treid so much and now were stuck, i have NO idea what to do, can anyone pelase help?
