[Age Verified but still locked out of adult areas]

it wont let me change the rating in the general tab

Im having  a  problem with age verification.  I did the process twice and it said I  was now confirmed as age verified, but when I try to include adult in  searches, it will only search in general and when i go 2 preferences on my veiwer it doesnt have a dropdown window 2 pick the maturity rating
