my question is where am I allowed to rez these booths without penalty or disrespecting land owners ? how do i do this ?

Hello, I have seen http options within collar menus and in the viewer interface menus. i am wondering if there is a way to leave an avatar active even though my viewer is off (or on), and controlling via a web browser from a different computer things such as movement, inventory and so on.... Thank you
