As for being banned no that isn't the case this time cos I have been banned before and they gave me the account back in a week it usually tells you on the login page when your account will be back etc.

Yeah but the funny thing I was logged into that account earlier bought some $s come back and boom! I called them again, the guy I was talking to on the phone sounded despressed and didn't wanna help much! He told me they don't submit tickets for residents, but the first guy told me he would submit a ticket, SL has great customer service! *thumbs up*

My account is being held IDK why, called the number etc the dude sent a ticket (so he says) But I got NOTHING in my email about it, but when using my alt and submit a ticket I get an email regarding the ticket, Anyone have any ideas?
