I dont know who did what - but thank you. After posting about my problem, i logged in again with the SL Viewer 3 and was able to find ( and rez ) my missing kitchen. Appreciate it. Thank you.

I suppose anyone who is not premium must post any problems they have with inventory in the forums or on a jira as there is not any category appropriate for that in the help desk ticket system NOTHING is listed for anyone having a rezzing or inventory corruption problem (that I could see) in the support help desk area.

I am having inventory problems - on mainland, a parcel we rent. Unable to rez from inventory sporadically and also I am having items missing from my inventory, for example part of a kitchen set that I purchased from RPE, in 2 viewers , the SL Viewer 3 and also in Singularity it is not found at all in my inventory, in Imprudence I could see it, but could not drag it out of inventory to rez. This is extremely annoying and frustrating and I hope this is fixed soon without damage to our inventory items.

yes true, but we are talking predominantly about hiding from someone you already have on your friends list which is kind of........ illogical. True online friend indicator in a viewer... is just showing you which of your friends are really online. ????

My point was and is simply that the are outlawing something with the changes to the viewers that they allow through other means themselves. In addition, the viewers friend list only reports status normally of those who have opted to have you as a friend and whom you accepted. - Seems like if you're worried about a friend knowing if you are online or not, just unfriend them. Not much of a 'friend', if you don't want them knowing you are online. - Those who want to know if someone is online use other methods, the avatar tracking huds (which may no longer work if they change the code as they have indicated) but even without that - if the users groups are visible, OR if you are in the same group as someone - you could still see if they were online currently OR when they had been online last. The other way as I mentioned is send them a notecard, or a linden or a IM. If you dont get a automated server response (as it currently does when one is offline) then they are hiding. ]:<)
